Barnes & Noble Nook E-Book reader

Seems like there’s no end to the e-book readers coming out these days, even as the iPad debuted. There are some advantages that e-book readers offer to users that the iPad doesn’t. First off the screen is black and white and uses far less power than the brilliant screen of the iPad. Second that same screen tends to be easier on the eyes than the backlit brilliance of the iPad hence reducing eye fatigue. While the Nook and other e-book readers don’t have the extraordinary abilities of the iPad they do serve a purpose to those who have no need for such opulence. The Nook does offer wi-fi and web access but really let’s view it as what it really is, a reader and nothing more. It does the job well along with other readers such as the Kindle. So if you’re looking for an e-reader, not a computer or tablet, check out the Nook. Head over to CNET for a great review on the Nook.
